One question for Las Palmas, is there going to be some digital channel to deliver the information to the citizens about the different services in the hub apart from the information in place in the hubs that you mentioned in your presentation.

Thank you for the information about Memo from Olivier, really interesting. Please could you give us some detail about the role of the municipality in the different events and meetings with citizens? For instance, which areas did participate in the meetings (mobility, social issues,...) ? or after the meetings, what kind of commitments were reached?

Very interesting the internal work made in Tallin, with the different departments to define the solutions. Are you made up some like a "SPINE team" internally in the municipality to make different follow up about the advance of the project?

Congrats for the interesting work done in the cities that have presented today. Sybenik mentioned they done some surveys to contact to stakeholders. Do you think it could be interesting to keep these surveys during a long time in order to get involved the different target groups and to see the evolution?

1. Did you need to develop some specific software for your content, and if yes was it included in the tendering process?
2. Do you have to deal with other kind of screens in the city in order to coordinate where the screens could be located ?
3. Have you developed some solutions adapted for example for people with difficulties to see or to hear properly? Do you have some experience to deal these issues also with the social areas of the council?
