Thank you for the information about Memo from Olivier, really interesting. Please could you give us some detail about the role of the municipality in the different events and meetings with citizens? For instance, which areas did participate in the meetings (mobility, social issues,...) ? or after the meetings, what kind of commitments were reached?

@Francisco Hi Francisco, thank you for your question. In this 1-year pre-study, we worked with 13 partners, including three city-owned housing companies and one regional transport company. However, we did not work directly with the city/municipality. Hence, Halmstad University organised citizens' involvement, where we got help identifying and recruiting from the city-owned housing companies. However, our contact with citizen "champions" was the door opener to involve and work directly with citizens. These champions created trust and an interface, enabling us to actively involve citizens in the co-design process. In upcoming projects, we plan to involve the city as an official partner, which would create an official channel to involve and especially share insights and experiences from our citizen-driven work back to the greater public in the city.

One question for Las Palmas, is there going to be some digital channel to deliver the information to the citizens about the different services in the hub apart from the information in place in the hubs that you mentioned in your presentation.
congrats for the work In the beautiful place of Las Palmas!
