a question for the partners who implemented the interactive display - how detailed were you in the specification of the required display and how difficult was it to get it given the specifications it had to fullfill ? Also do you have any payment systems built into it? Do you already have data on how often citizens or tourists use it?

- we are going to place 6 screens for the total price 48.000 €, so one for 8.000 €.
- 4 screens are like normal LCD screens in a special metal frame and 2 of them are in anti-vandal equipment. We can share with you our technical specification, if you do not mind the slovak language.

4 screens: diagonal 55 inches, width 1230-1240 mm, height 700-710 mm, thickness 28-30 mm;
2 screens: diagonal 55 inches, width 1260-1300 mm, height 730-740 mm, thickness 80-90 mm
5. Together with the screen will be delivered an industrial computer in outdoor design, we can send you the specifications.
6. The screens will be fed via the Internet to the control center of the transport company. Mobile broadband connection LTE, GSM, SIM slot. interface, Ethernet port

- Did you need to develop some specific software for your content, and if yes was it included in the tendering process?
- Do you have to deal with other kind of screens in the city in order to coordinate where the screens could be located ?
- Have you developed some solutions adapted for example for people with difficulties to see or to hear properly? Do you have some experience to deal these issues also with the social areas of the council?

- We did not need any specific software. We have ordered GTFS RT data and PT company is going to provide data flow to digital screens.
- Yes, when deciding on the placement of the screens, we had to respect the instructions of the Office for the Protection of Monuments (The building of Railway station is protected monument).
- Unfortunately, we have not adapted the boards for disabled people. We also did not deal with the social department.

Specifications seem to vary. Bologna opted for a general specification and a free and open-source platform requirement. Tallinn split the specifications to the different phases so that it is easier to follow, especially if there are delays involved.
No payment systems were mentioned (to be confirmed), just information screens.
No data as none is already installed. -
- Software development seems to be necessary, because even in the case of Antwerp where Flanders region installed interactive screens in the mobility hubs, it was very difficult to align the functionalities in the information they wanted to show. Antwerp nevertheless chose to develop their own platform to avoid vendor lockin.
- In Bologna case, the screens have to be installed in areas owned by the municipality as there was difficulty to find common ground with the rail operator owing the land. Resulting to points which might not be the optimal ones.
- No audio in any of the Lead cities for now.
